supported by a 12 months manufacture warranty. Please note that in some
instances stock may have been subject to
previous distribution. A small percentage of
packaging may show some signs of transit or
storage. This does not effect the actual product

B-Stock Products:
Products within our consumer electronics
& photography ranges may be classed as
B-Stock. Every B-Stock item on sale will have
this clearly indicated in the title and
listing. All B-Stock products are also supported

We aim
to have all orders processed and dispatched
within 24 hours of receiving the order
This applies to items that are
in stock, on orders placed before 12:00 noon
Monday to Friday. These orders will be
despatched for delivery the following working

Note: On a rare occasion
a payment made maybe subjected to a
"payment review". This means that the
Credit Card company reviews the payment to ensure
that it was authorised by the card holder. A
review can take upto 24hrs to clear. If this is the case, we will contact
you straight away informing you of the

Delivery
Terms and Conditions
Our carrier is Interlink
Express. They deliver Monday to Friday, 8am -
3pm only. No deliveries will be made on
Saturdays, Sundays
or Bank Holidays
*Certain delivery areas may incur a delivery
surcharge if the weight of the order is over
2kg. These areas include
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man / Isle of Wight
Currently, we are unable to deliver
outside of the UK
Please ensure you are available to sign for
your parcel as this will not be left without a
signature. If you are not there to receive your
delivery, please follow the instructions on the
card that will be left to rearrange your
delivery. Once your parcel has been attempted
for delivery twice but has been unsuccessful the
parcel will be returned to us. A returns charge
of £12.95 will be applied.
Any request to deliver to
an alternative address other than the specified
delivery address on your order will be a charge
of £15.00. Should you require this service,

Any additional instructions to the carrier must
be agreed by Pixel-Store.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of
stock products.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee next
working day delivery for any order.
Any delivery costs include VAT at the current
rate and are per order, regardless of the number
of boxes.
