Working Day Delivery
We aim
to have all orders processed and dispatched
within 24 hours of receiving the order
This applies to items that are
in stock, on orders placed before 12:00 noon
Monday to Friday. These orders will be
despatched for delivery the following working
day.

Our carrier is Interlink
Express. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am -
3pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays
or Bank Holidays

Terms and Conditions
*Certain delivery areas may incur a delivery
surcharge if the weight of the order is over
2kg. These areas include
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man / Isle of Wight
NB: Currently, we are unable to deliver
outside of the UK
Please ensure you are available to sign for
your parcel as this will not be left without a
signature. If you are not there to receive your
delivery, please follow the instructions on the
card that will be left to rearrange your
delivery. Once your parcel has been attempted
for delivery twice but has been unsuccessful the
parcel will be returned to us. A returns charge
of £12.95 will be applied.
Any request to deliver to
an alternative address other than the specified
delivery address on your order will be a charge
of £15.00. Should you require this service,
please contact our Customer Support team on

Any additional instructions to the carrier must
be agreed by Pixel-Store.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of
stock products.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee next
working day delivery for any order.
Any delivery costs include VAT at the current
rate and are per order, regardless of the number
of boxes.

Your
order
After submitting an
order via our website we will send you an order
acknowledgement by email from our Checkout host
confirming receipt of your order and details of
the goods that you have ordered. A second
confirmation email will be sent which is
accepting the order.
(NB: Second confirmation may be delayed by
upto 12 hours as the order and payment needs to
go through our Verification process)
