Q: I placed an order - but was cancelled.  I was informed that card issuer name and address does not match. Why was it refused?

 

A:  We understand that at times you may require your order to be sent to an alternate address such as a friend, family or workplace, or you had permission to use a partner, relative or friend Debit/Credit card. 

However, to protect the Card Holder from unauthorised use of their card, we only can ship the orders to the confirmed Card Holders Name and address.

To make it easier, just follow the simple chart below for advice on buying online safely.
