We
sell a wide range of Photographic products, primarily aimed at
the Student market - but anyone can purchase from us
Used Products:
All
used products are sent to our onsite testing facilities for
full testing and refurbishment program. Only products that
pass our high standards are made available for-sale through
Studentphotostore. Any products that don’t meet these high
standards are never sold. All of our used products are sold
fully working, cleaned throughout, and generally supplied with
the necessary accessories (such as battery, strap and lens
cap - unless otherwise stated). For peace of mind - all our
used products are sold with a six months warranty.
New
Products:
New
products are complete with all standard manufacturers parts
and accessories, in original packaging, and all supported by a
12 months manufacture warranty.
Delivery Prices:
The
checkout calculates the delivery fees according to the overall
value of the order. The delivery costs are shown below :

Delivery
We
aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order
Q:
If I place an order today - how long does it take for the
order to arrive?
A: We currently quote a 48hr service. This is because our
items are not standard "new retail stock" that is
just placed in a box.
As
our products are "used" - we need extra time to
re-check/re-test each item before being packed. This is to
ensure that the item is sent in full working order - and that
nothing has happened during the storage of the product. This
process can take upto 20-45mins per an order, and at times we
just cannot fit it in on the same day - so quite often we work
late just to catch up.
However,
a good 80% of orders are processed and despatched on the same
day - it depends on the current workload.
We
would always suggest for the customer to purchase an item
atleast 5 days before a special event (such as Holiday
or Birthday/Xmas present), just incase of unforeseen
circumstances (ie: product became faulty, delay in processing
etc) - as we do not wish to upset or spoil any surprises or
events.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Deliveries
are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on
Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
Certain
delivery areas may incur a delivery surcharge if the weight of
the order is over 2kg. These areas include

Please
ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will
not be left without a signature. If you are not there to
receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the
card that will be left to rearrange your delivery.
Any request to deliver to an alternative address other than
the specified delivery address on your order is subject to
delay and possible fee, please ensure that the address entered
on the checkout is correct.
Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed
by Studentphotostore.
Next/Two working day delivery offer excludes out of stock
products.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery times
Any delivery costs include VAT at the current rate and are per
order, regardless of the number of boxes.
Missing/Delayed
Parcels.
On a very rare occasion a parcel or package can become lost or
damaged during transport. Although this is very frustrating,
there may be a time delay of up-to 30 days while the claim is
processed by the Courier or Royal Mail. We will keep the
customer updated throughout this procedure.
Payment
Options
All
orders must be paid for using a UK registered credit / debit
card.
We
offer various ways for you to pay online including Visa,
MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Switch,
Solo and PayPal:
 
Note: On
a rare occasion a payment made maybe subjected to a
"payment review". This means that the Card company
reviews the payment to ensure that it was authorised by the
card holder. A review can take upto 24hrs to clear. If this is
the case, we will contact you to inform you of the small
delay.
Payment
Security
For
security reasons and to protect the card holder, all orders
must be sent to card issuer name and address only (we can send
to work address, please contact us to confirm).
